Refund Policy

All sales are final once shipped

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on controlled storage and an unbroken chain of custody, we cannot restock product that has left our facility. For that reason, all sales are final once an order has shipped, and opened vials are never eligible for return.

We make exceptions where it's on us

Contact us within 7 days of delivery(or expected delivery) and we'll issue a replacement or full refund if:

  • your order arrived damaged (photos help us fix it fastest);
  • you received the wrong product or quantity;
  • your parcel is confirmed lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once tracking exists, the policy above applies.
